re: NVDA overbought: check my comment on the other posting from yesterday. This is similar to what I was saying.
Very insightful and eye-opening analysis over the last couple days; thanks Sam. In a way, it’s been nice to get a relatively significant “everything is doomed” crash followed by a robust “will this rally ever end?” rally back to back while following your analysis. Really puts into perspective how easily we can get up in the emotional component and how the data helps keep you grounded if you really sit down and look at it. It feels extreme in the moment until you sit down and realize it really isn’t
It’s also crazy but reassuring how many different (often independent) data points point to the same set of conclusions. And yet we still find ways to work ourselves into a panic sometimes hahahah. Looking forward to seeing how this unfolds
Hi Sam,
this rally with very minor pullbacks back-to-back, do you think it’s gonna affect the severity of the coming correction?
On the other hand, smaller corrections such as the april 2024 (~8%), is there any unusual pattern in the rally prior to the correction?
Thanks Sam for these very telling charts!
Is it also likely that NVIDIA will sink lower after the $130 support level, as in August 2024 and April 2025, or is this no longer possible due to the shift in support to $170, which is the new previous $150 support level?
Indeed, remember that NVIDIA wasn’t supposed to test such support levels lower, and so many people got caught out (myself included 🙂 )
