How do I subscribe to Sam Weiss?
You can subscribe to the Sam Weiss publication by simply clicking subscribe button anywhere on the website. Our monthly memberships auto-renew on a monthly basis and can be easily managed in the “Account” tab of the website.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership directly from your account page after signing into the website. Please do not e-mail support to cancel your membership unless you are unable to find the link on your profile page.
Do you offer financial advice?
Sam Weiss is a financial publication that offers insights, forecasts and views on the financial markets. We don’t offer individually tailored investment advice and cannot answer individual questions touching on individual investments.
Financial publications are generally exempt from registering with the SEC as financial advisors under the “publisher’s exclusion” exemption provided in Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and further supported in the Supreme Court ruling of Lowe v. SEC (1985).
Where else do you post commentary?
We don’t currently have a social media presence but we do post from time to time on Reddit.
Sam Weiss is generally available to a broad audience and any one of legal age who is legally permitted to subscribe to the publication is welcome to do so.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of the service we provide here at Sam Weiss, there we do not generally offer a refund policy. Once a new member subscribes to the website, they are granted access to all of our proprietary information. That being said, it is very easy to cancel your membership. You can do so right from your account page with one single click of the button.
Furthermore, we do often make exceptions on a case by case basis for any number of reasons. Especially if a subscriber forgets to cancel their membership. We will almost always honor a refund in those cases.
I forgot to cancel my membership and it auto-renewed. Can I get a refund?
Yes. In most cases, we do give a short grace period for those who forget to cancel their membership before it auto-renews. Refund requests are generally granted if the request is made within a reasonable and timely manner after the re-bill cycle. Simply e-mail our support staff and we’ll honor the request under most circumstances.
If I cancel my membership, will I still have access to the website for the time remaining on my subscription?
Of course. MemberPress is the leading subscription based software in the industry and keeps track of your time-access. You cancel your membership at any time from your profile page.
