So are we expecting a rebound next week?
I think we’re going to see a lot of volatility. A lot of ups and downs and then eventually a correction. What today’s post is supposed to show is that this isn’t following the standard model of a correction. Most corrections start immediately and end under well defined terms.
What we’re seeing right now is a little different. It’s not unheard of, but it is in the minority in terms of development.
Look at the second to last image in the post above. What you’ll find is that in the last 10-years, only FOUR (4) other corrections unfolded this way. So it is on the rare side.
If I look at the charts, those periods of high volatility lasted for 2 months. Does this suggest the same pattern before entering the next correction? The early correction could then occur at the end of January or anytime in February.
waiting for your next trade, Sam ????
